"No one is too small to make a difference" is accompanied by postcards drawn by artist Dan Perjovschi. The book "Nobody is too small to make a difference" was translated into Romanian by Felicia Ienculescu-Popovici, founder of Greenitiative, and is prefaced by Roxana Bojariu, climatologist, member of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change which prepares annual reports on climate. Since then, Friday's strikes have turned into Fridays for Future, massive climate protests, and Greta has been named one of the 100 most influential people of our time by Time and was nominated for a Nobel. She declared a school strike for the climate and millions of young people followed her.
She announced that she refuses to go to school to study scientific data that, in reality, is ignored by politicians. Greta Thunberg made us all aware when she sat with a sign on the steps of the Swedish Parliament on a Friday, more than 60 weeks ago. Seneca Publishing House brings to Romania her book, which has already been translated in several countries around the world, and is working on editing the book "Scenes from the Heart", authored by Malena Ernman, Greta's mother.
The 16-year-old initiator of the 16-year-old climate school strikes in Sweden has become the voice of a generation calling on politicians to stop ignoring the climate crisis and take action. Seneca Publishing House, the first green publishing house in Romania, launches on Thursday, November 14, the book "Nobody is too small to make a difference", a selection of the most important speeches given by Greta Thunberg in the last two years.
